The movement of the cross-beam is adopted with frequency conversion control, and you can select PLC programming controller. 
It is good in mechanic precise, and is accurate in positioning.

Welding Positioner 
The series covers the tilting, head & tailstocks turning, head & tailstock lifting and turning, head & tailstock tilting, and double-turning positioners. 
With the working bench going up or going down, turning and overturning, the work piece stays in the best position for being welded or for being assembled. 
The positioner can be completed with the welding manipulator and formed the automatic special welding machine. 
The series can be completed with the auxiliaries of robot to realize the welding automation. 
We can design and customize various types of special positioners according to the technological requirements and varieties of different products given by the customer.
